After receiving an approval letter from the Broad of Investment in Thailand addressing the Royal Thai Consulate in Los Angeles, applicants can begin to apply for a Visa at https://www.thaievisa.go.th/

Please make sure to select the Royal Thai Consulate in Los Angeles when applying.

Required documents to upload in the system (Large and clear JPEG or PDF format): 

1. Passport Biodata Page
2. Photograph of the applicant, taken within the past six months
3. Document indicating current location (driving license, bank statement, or proof of stay)
4. Letter of qualification endorsement from SMART VISA Unit (BOI)
